Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using the GroLotto platform (the "Platform"), you ("Player," "Vendor," "Agent," or "User") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the Platform in any capacity, as a Player, Vendor, or Agent.

2.2. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age to participate in lottery and betting activities under the laws of your jurisdiction.

2.3. GroLotto reserves the right to request proof of age or identity at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be verified.

3. Account Types

3.1. The Platform supports the following account types: Player, Vendor, and Agent, each governed by role-specific rules described in these Terms and in role-specific agreements presented at signup.

3.2. Vendors must complete a registration and verification process and are subject to approval by GroLotto Admin before becoming active. GroLotto reserves the right to deny, suspend, or terminate any Vendor account at its sole discretion.

3.3. Agents are onboarded directly by GroLotto and are not subject to public self-registration.

4. Wallets and Currency

4.1. Each account operates in a single currency — Haitian Gourde (HTG) or US Dollar (USD) — selected at signup. Currencies cannot be mixed within a single account.

4.2. All gameplay must be funded through the in-app Wallet. Direct payment methods (bank transfer, mobile money, gift cards, etc.) may only be used to add funds to the Wallet, not to place bets directly.

4.3. Wallet funds have no cash value outside the Platform except through the withdrawal methods explicitly made available within the app.

5. Gameplay and Odds

5.1. Payout odds for each game type (Senp, Lotto 3, Lotto 4, Lotto 5, Maryaj) are set by the Vendor through whom a Player places a bet, subject to platform-wide defaults and GroLotto Admin oversight. Players are shown a Vendor's current odds before placing a bet.

5.2. All results are determined by the official Senp draw as published by GroLotto Admin. Lotto 3, Lotto 4, Lotto 5, and Maryaj results are derived automatically and mathematically from the same official Senp draw.

5.3. GroLotto reserves the right to correct or void a published result in the event of an entry error, with affected transactions reversed and Players/Vendors notified accordingly.

5.4. Vendors may set betting limits, including per-player and total limits on individual numbers, and may pause or stop the availability of specific numbers at their discretion.

6. Payouts and Settlement

6.1. Winning payouts are disbursed by GroLotto Admin, funded through the responsible Vendor's account balance.

6.2. Vendors are financially responsible for covering payouts on bets placed through their account. If a Vendor's balance becomes negative following a settlement, the Vendor's account will be immediately suspended from accepting further bets until the balance is restored.

6.3. GroLotto's commission on each transaction is deducted automatically and is independent of game outcomes.

7. Withdrawals

7.1. Withdrawal methods and any associated processing times or fees vary by currency and method, as displayed within the app at the time of request.

7.2. GroLotto reserves the right to request identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for larger amounts, in order to comply with applicable anti-fraud and financial regulations.

7.3. Requests submitted through manual verification channels (e.g., Cash via Transfer) may be declined at GroLotto's discretion, with funds returned to the Player's Wallet and a reason provided.

8. Responsible Gambling

8.1. GroLotto is committed to responsible gambling. Players may set personal deposit or spending limits and may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform at any time through account settings or by contacting support.

8.3. GroLotto does not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to use the Platform and will suspend any account found to violate this requirement.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

9.1. GroLotto reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account, without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms, suspected underage use, or activity that threatens the integrity or security of the Platform.

9.2. A suspended account will immediately lose access to all Platform functionality until reinstated by GroLotto Admin.

10. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:
