About GroLotto

GroLotto is not a lottery platform. GroLotto only connects existing, legitimate, traditional lottery Vendors (β€œBanks”) to Players β€” nothing more. GroLotto does not run, own, or operate any lottery game itself; it provides the secure technology bridge that allows that connection to happen digitally, safely, and conveniently.

GroLotto is registered in Haiti as a Technology Platform, under Patente Number 5607180548.

Our Mission

GroLotto's mission is to modernize the Haitian Borlette system and make it accessible to the Haitian community, no matter where they are β€” in Haiti or across the diaspora.

The Tradition We're Built Around

For generations in Haiti, playing the lottery has meant physically visiting a local lottery location known as a β€œBank.” This tradition remains an important part of Haitian culture β€” but it also creates real limitations. Weather, transportation, security concerns, or simply a busy schedule can prevent a player from reaching a Bank in time to place their numbers.

GroLotto was created to solve this problem without replacing the existing system. Instead of competing with traditional lottery Banks, GroLotto enhances and digitizes the connection between players and the Banks that already legitimately operate β€” creating a secure digital marketplace where that existing relationship can happen online, without either side needing to change what they do.

How It Works

Through GroLotto, a player can:

  • β€’Select their preferred lottery Bank (Vendor)
  • β€’Choose the state draw they want to play
  • β€’Choose the draw time (Morning, Midday, or Evening)
  • β€’Place their bet in seconds, from anywhere, using their mobile device

The platform supports the traditional games players already know: Senp, Maryaj, Lotto 3, Lotto 4, and Lotto 5 β€” offered independently by each Vendor on the platform, using that Vendor's own pricing and payout terms. GroLotto itself does not set game results or run the games; it simply gives players a fast, private, digital way to reach vendors they already trust.

Privacy and Convenience

Players no longer need to leave home, ask someone else to place numbers on their behalf, or miss a draw due to circumstances outside their control. GroLotto lets players participate instantly and privately, without sharing their numbers or personal strategy with anyone else.

Tchala β€” Dream Interpretation

One of GroLotto's distinctive features is Tchala, a digital dream interpretation tool rooted in Haitian lottery culture. Players can search the meaning of a dream and instantly see the lucky numbers traditionally associated with it β€” privately, without needing to explain the dream to anyone.

Built for a Global Community

GroLotto is available in Haitian Creole, English, French, and Spanish, serving both players in Haiti and across the diaspora. The platform supports two currencies β€” Haitian Gourdes (HTG) and U.S. Dollars (USD) β€” so players anywhere can participate in the currency that makes sense for them.

Payments and Fees

GroLotto offers flexible, secure ways to fund a wallet, place bets, and receive winnings. GroLotto does not charge players any service fee on their winnings β€” players receive their full prize amount, with only minimal transaction-related charges applied where a payment method requires it.

What GroLotto Provides

  • β€’A secure digital wallet so players can fund play safely
  • β€’Real-time visibility into each Vendor's odds, game availability, and results
  • β€’Payment infrastructure: gift cards, wallet recharge, and payout processing
  • β€’An oversight framework to help maintain fairness and transparency between players and vendors

What GroLotto Is Not

GroLotto is not a lottery operator. It does not set game results, and it does not itself hold a lottery operating license to run games β€” each participating Vendor (Bank) is independently responsible for their own legitimacy, licensing, and compliance with applicable law. GroLotto's role is limited to providing the technology and marketplace that connects players to those independently operating vendors.
